No, ATTO comes fully assembled and ready to use. For more information, please watch our instructional video.

Yes, the ATTO is equipped with a driving direction button. Simply press the button to change the driving direction.

Only to get out of the rain! ATTO was designed for use in dry weather for best performance and safety.

It takes just a few seconds to separate the ATTO into two easy-to-lift parts. When you reach your destination, simply join the two parts together. For more information, please watch our instructional video.

Potential users should assess their: eyesight, concentration, reaction time, balance and posture, ability to sit for long periods of time, ability to get on and off the scooter. Potential users should also be able to assess distance, recognize obstacles and hazards and be able to see pedestrians and other vehicles clearly and easily. Consulting with a medical professional is recommended.

ATTO’s maximum driving speed is 4 mph (6.4 km/h).

The maximum user weight for our current model is 220 lb (100 kg).

Battery FAQ

ATTO uses a powerful, compact and lightweight 48-volt “non-spillable” lithium-Ion battery with a UL- and CE-approved charger with self-shutdown functionality for safety and extended battery life.

ATTO’s battery has a capacity of 250 W/h.

Yes, you can charge the battery separately. Removing and reinstalling the battery is easy. For more information, please watch our instructional video.

A 4- to 5-hour charge delivers an average of up to 10 miles (16 km) of continuous driving.

The European Medical Devices Directive of 93/42/EEC classifies the ATTO mobility scooter as a Class I device.

Yes, the lubricant is supplied in your ATTO package. For more information, please watch our unboxing video.

The ATTO is composed of aviation-grade aluminum, high-tech plastics, nylon-enforced ABS and PU filled non-pneumatic tires.

While there is no age limit, we recommend that users be taller than 5 feet (150 cm) for maximum safety.

ATTO’s expected service life is 10 years. It can be extended if the care and maintenance procedures are carefully followed.

Two-year limited warranty – Structural frame components, including mobility scooter chassis, steering mechanism, seat mechanism, rear wheels extensions, welds on entire products.
Two-year limited warranty – All electronic parts, including controllers and battery chargers. Servicing to the controller or battery charger must be carried out by an authorized Moving Life dealer. Any attempt to open or dismantle these items renders the guarantee void on that item.
Two-year limited warranty – Drivetrain, including motor, front wheel fork and brake.
One-year limited warranty – Batteries are covered by a one-year warranty from the original manufacturer. Gradual deterioration in battery performance due to not following usage instructions specified in the owner’s manual, or worn out due to heavy use is not covered.
